The following project was carried out for a large-scale global FMCG company in 2022, spanning about 8 weeks. This was the third phase (from a three-phase project starting November 2022, finishing the first week of December 2023) of the global ecosystem of self-serving smart solutions to be adopted and tested. The third phase was executed keeping in mind the quality management acceleration program.
the CHALLENGE was to expand the smart ecosystem which lacks unified quality, making it difficult to scale. At the same time the creation of a better experience for stakeholders currently operating to ensure the implementation of the smart appliances.
the OPPORTUNITY was to develop a comprehensive playbook detailing the end-to-end process from the backend.
the OUTCOME was a global quality management playbook for implementing smart appliances, enabling market leaders to measure quality performance progress and generate learnings to be scaled, generating a continuous improvement ecosystem. The playbook outlines the end-to-end implementation phases, activities, key performance indicators, and stakeholder activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
