The following project was carried out for a large-scale global FMCG company in 2022, spanning about 43 weeks. This was the first phase (from a three-phase project starting November 2022, finishing the first week of December 2023) of the global ecosystem of self-serving smart solutions to be adopted and tested. The first phase was executed keeping in mind the knowledge management process.
the CHALLENGE was to assist the Global Team in implementing the necessary information, by identifying and creating any missing content (interviewing the technical providers and related players from the client side), standardizing the language and the tone of voice, making the material engaging and easy to understand for a range of audiences, and an easy to use navigation system.
the OPPORTUNITY was to develop a comprehensive playbook detailing the end-to-end process encompassing both technical and commercial activities. It would serve as a valuable guide for market leaders as they work on introducing this ecosystem in the new markets.
the OUTCOME was an extensive playbook supported by checklists, flowcharts, visual aids, quick guides for appliance installation, and an overview of testing and validation. The content was developed after a rigorous process of diagnosing the content inventory, editing, text creation, and visual treatment.
