The following project was carried out for a large-scale global FMCG company in 2022, spanning about 4 weeks. This was a subset of the smart ecosystem development project in the context of the knowledge management process. This was a three-phase project starting November 2022, and finishing in the first week of December 2023.
the CHALLENGE was to create basic communication materials to implement point of sales activation in the smart appliances. The primary task was to activate the appliances using elements that engage, inform, and attract users, to the ease and convenience of the consumer app.
the OPPORTUNITY was to create graphic printed and digital solutions to communicate and engage users as a call to action to download and experience the consumer application.
the OUTCOME was a series of marketing materials in the form of stickers, toppers, danglers, wobblers, totems, flyers, email marketing communication, and a guideline following the positioning and placement of the materials developed. About 75 different marketing materials were developed as explorations for various contexts.
