The following project was carried out for a large-scale global FMCG company in 2022, spanning about 5 weeks. As global dynamics were forced to change following the pandemic, the digital environment has become a strong force to become agile and innovative, forming an intricate collaborative network. To inspire and provoke human-centered growth, it becomes essential to ensure alignment and clarity about macro goals and their impact moving further.
the CHALLENGE was to generate a flexible hybrid workshop plan that could allow the participants to work on strategic alignment, while they got to know and interact with each other in a more empathetic way.
the OPPORTUNITY was to support the client with a concept and narrative design to ensure the successful communication of goals throughout the event and foster engagement among the community of leaders.
the OUTCOME was a defined framework of improvement opportunities and commitments, related to processes that impacted the client team directly. They were able to establish OKRs, prioritize initiatives, and define champions for common strategic topics.
